Bone-in chicken thighs and skin-on red potatoes marinated in Greek yogurt, olive oil, garlic, oregano and lemon juice ready to be baked in the oven

 

 

 

SPAGHETTI & MEATBALLS

 

Ground turkey with breadcrumbs, zucchini, garlic and Italian seasoning ready to be formed into meatballs, sautéed in the skillet and simmered in spaghetti and marinara

 

 

 

MEDITERRANEAN CHICKEN BAKE

 

Chicken tenderloin with artichoke hearts, mushrooms, diced tomatoes, spinach, Kalamata olives and mozzarella ready to be baked in the oven

 

 

 

CHICKEN & BLACK BEAN FAJITAS

 

Chicken tenderloin with black beans, colored peppers, onions, olive oil and fajita seasoning ready to be sautéed in the skillet and served in wheat tortillas

 

 

 

BLUEBERRY ALMOND BREAKFAST BARS

 

Oats, almonds, blueberries, chia seeds, honey, flour, coconut oil, cinnamon and egg baked into breakfast squares

Meals for 4 are $25 each or 4 for $80 * Meals for 2 are $18 each or 4 for $60

 

Place your order by 8pm Wednesday. Pick up in Ko Olina Saturday from 8-10am or Sunday from 8-10am. Substitutions, exclusions and special arrangements can be made whenever possible.  Just ask.
